Overprepared Bill Calendar
Bills. Dates. Done. Bill Calendar helps you organize bill names, due dates, amounts, paid status and payday markers. It is a calendar, not a banking or bill-payment service.
Information you enter
To use the app, you may enter bill names, amounts, due dates, repeat schedules, paid/unpaid status, paydays and links to biller websites. This information is intended to be stored with your calendar on your device.
Bill Calendar does not require you to connect a bank account to keep track of bills. If you follow a link to a biller's website, that independent website has its own privacy practices.
Backups and Apple services
The app is being prepared with a manual iCloud backup and restore option. When that feature is available and you choose to use it, backup data may be stored through Apple's iCloud service associated with your Apple account. An iCloud backup is not the same as automatic synchronization across devices. Its availability depends on your device, Apple account, iCloud settings and successful backup operation.
Apple's handling of iCloud data and related account information is governed by Apple's own privacy and service terms. We do not ask you to email copies of your bill data to use the backup feature.
Support and diagnostics
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message and use it to help respond to your request. Please do not send bank credentials, account numbers or payment-card information. Depending on your Apple settings and the released app configuration, Apple may provide developers with diagnostic or aggregate performance information.
Retention, control and deletion
Manage and remove bills through the app's controls. Removing the app from a device can remove locally stored app data, but does not necessarily remove separate iCloud backups. Manage any iCloud-stored app data through your Apple account's iCloud storage settings. Contact Apple Support if you need help locating or removing Apple-hosted data.
You can request deletion of information you sent directly to Overprepared Systems for support by emailing support@overpreparedsystems.com, subject to appropriate legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Third parties and tracking
Bill Calendar is not designed as an advertising or bank-aggregation platform. Its website does not use advertising trackers. We will verify all services and data practices in the production app before App Store submission and update this policy if the final implementation differs.
Changes and questions
