Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about Bill Calendar.

Does Bill Calendar pay my bills?

No. Bill Calendar is a bill calendar. It organizes amounts, due dates and paid status; actual payments are made using your usual payment method or the biller’s website.

How do I add or edit a bill?

Tap + Add in the calendar to create one. To change a bill, select its calendar entry, update the details and save.

Can I add repeating bills?

Yes. Use a repeat option when adding or editing a bill. The current app supports recurring intervals including every two months, quarterly and annually.

How do I know what is paid?

Paid bills display a check mark. The calendar header also shows Total, Paid and Remaining amounts for the month.

Can I show paydays?

Yes. Bill Calendar has payday markers so you can see payday dates alongside your bills.

Does it connect to my bank or sync between devices?

Bill Calendar is a locally stored calendar, not a bank-connected payment tool. Manual iCloud backup and restore is being tested for the upcoming release. It is not automatic synchronization, and its availability will be confirmed when the app launches.

How can I recover my bills on a new device?

The planned manual iCloud restore feature is still being tested. Once it is released, you will be able to restore from an available backup using the app’s restore controls. Until then, do not rely on iCloud recovery for your bill information.
