These terms apply to your use of overpreparedsystems.com and the informational material on this website. They are not a replacement for the license terms that apply when an app is downloaded through Apple's App Store.
1. About this website
Overprepared Systems, LLC provides descriptions of its applications, support information and company contact details. We may revise, suspend or remove website content as our products develop.
2. Products in development
Apps labeled Coming Soon are not yet being offered for download through this website. Preview screens, planned features, descriptions and anticipated availability may change. No release date, specific feature, compatibility outcome or future pricing is guaranteed by a Coming Soon description.
3. Bill Calendar is not a payment service
Overprepared Bill Calendar helps users organize bills and payment dates. It does not itself send payments, access your bank to pay bills or guarantee that any bill will be paid on time. Users remain responsible for verifying payment amounts, due dates and successful payments with their billers. Website content is informational and is not financial, legal or tax advice.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the text, design, original artwork, product names and branding on this site belong to Overprepared Systems, LLC or their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to our public pages, but you may not present our branding or content as your own or use it commercially without permission.
5. Third-party services and links
Our website may link to Apple, billers or other independent websites and services. We do not control their availability, security, content or privacy practices. Their terms apply when you use them.
6. Availability and warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and accessible, but information and availability may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we provide the website on an “as available” basis without promising uninterrupted access or error-free content. Nothing here excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Overprepared Systems, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from reliance on website information or third-party services. These terms do not limit liability where such a limitation is prohibited by law.
8. App purchases and licenses
If an app becomes available through the App Store, purchase, refund and download processes will be governed by Apple's applicable store terms. Unless we provide a separate custom app license, Apple's standard licensed-application end-user license agreement will apply. This page is intended for the website, not as a substitute for that agreement.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these website terms and display the revised effective date. These terms are governed by applicable laws of Florida, United States, except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
