Information you choose to add

Trip entries may include flights, boarding and departure times, hotels, transportation, events, tasks, packing lists, notes and saved travel documents. You choose what to enter. Some details, such as reservations or scanned documents, may contain sensitive personal information, so use care when saving or sharing them.

Timing, reminders and device features

The app uses travel dates and times to calculate upcoming events and countdowns. If you enable notifications, iOS may deliver reminders related to the schedule you enter. You control notification permissions in your device settings.

Overprepared does not automatically import airline or booking changes just because you enter a reservation. Any future online integrations will be documented if introduced.

Storage and backup

We are finalizing how app data, saved documents, and optional backups are handled for the release. Any Apple iCloud feature that is provided will depend on your account and device settings and will be described here before distribution. Do not assume information syncs automatically between devices unless the released app explicitly says it does.

Support and deletion

If you contact us, we receive and use the message you send to provide support. Please do not email passports, confirmation numbers, identity documents or payment credentials. You can manage trip entries through the app's available controls. Device and iCloud storage may require separate removal. Contact support@overpreparedsystems.com if you want information you supplied directly to our support mailbox reviewed or deleted, subject to legitimate retention requirements.

Third parties, changes and contact

We will verify any third-party SDKs, diagnostics, storage and sharing practices against the final release build before App Store submission. This information will be updated if features or data practices change.
